TCN Can't Repeat Against Oakwood

Earlier in the season, TCN managed an upset of ranked Oakwood. But in the state tournament the Panthers could not manage a repeat of this feat. In each of the three matches, TCN got behind early. They tried to rally but fell short each time. Oakwood, to their credit, was definitely aggressive. They were attacking with strong spikes and did a good job of digging the ball and setting up the front line. TCN seemed to constantly be on the defensive and had a tough time setting up consistently for spikes. Miller and Steck sparked mini rallies but their efforts were in vain as TCN would lose 25-17, 25-21, 25-14. The Panthers end the season with a 15-7 record, 6-4 in the CCC.
