South Volleyball Survives Scare

In a match that could decide the eventual CCC Champion, South was put to the test. This happened when Arcanum came to visit this past week. Both teams are sporting winning records with some quality wins. The competition was tough - two of the sets went to overtime. South was able to hold off the Trojans and get another quality win. The scores were: 25-19, 26-28, 25-18, 26-24. Later in the week South had a match against Ansonia. This time the Panthers won with a wider margin. The first set was close, but the Panthers quickly dispatched the Tigers in the last two sets 25-21, 25-13, 25-16.
