Tough Start for Dixie Volleyball
J. C. Tilton

Dixie is a team struggling to improve in the early going. Coach Erin May is trying to get the girls back on the right track. She thinks that the girls are starting to play better as a team. While she was happy with the defensive performance of Kateyln Diehl and Emily Kriby digs (72 combined!) in Tuesdays match against Bradford, she is hoping to see more consistency from the team as a whole. Right now coach May is hoping to get the team, “hitting better and smarter - finding the holes in the other team”. Dixie was 0-3 for the week, 0-5 overall.

The Greyhounds lost to Bradford 25-15,25-16,25-23. Next match was against Tri Village 25-23,25-18; final match was against Randolph 25-18, 25-16.
