The Junior Varsity finished 12-8, 7-3 SWBL for 2nd place.The Varsity finished 4-17, 2-8 SWBL for 5th place. Although it was a disappointing year for the varsity, you can see hope for the future in the JV's 2nd place league finish.
OHSBCA Scholarship Society Awards recognizes Juniors and Seniors who display high marks in academics, citizenship, and sportsmanship. All Juniors must maintain a 3.2 GPA over 5 semesters and Seniors must maintain a 3.2 GPA over 7 semesters. Juniors & Jessie Dunn = 3.632;Randi Salyer = 3.463;Seniors & Teri Barnes = 4.046;Ashley Stamper = 3.98.
Individual Recognition Senior Ashley Stamper received Honorable Mention SWBL. She will be playing in the SWBL Senior All-Star Game. Senior Teri Barnes received 2nd team SWBL, 1st team District 15, and Honorable Mention All-Southwest District. She will be playing in the SWBL Senior All-Star Game on Sunday, March 21st at Madison. She will also be playing in the District 15 All-Star Game on Sunday, March 28th.
